If you, or someone close to you, is experiencing issues with substance use, knowing where to find help can be confusing – especially if you also need support with your mental or physical health, housing, relationships, or legal issues.

The Bridge Program offers a range of outpatient and residential services that are designed to meet the complex needs of people and families affected by substance use.
Finding help through the Bridge Program is as simple as making a phone call. We’ll arrange for you to speak with one of our AOD specialists, so we can understand your situation and talk to you about the services that are available to you, including detox, counselling or residential rehabilitation. We’ll help to connect you with the right support, working with other services to make sure you find the help you need.
Bridge Program services are provided through our centres in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone.

A flexible, effective Outpatient Aftercare Program that provides long-term support for people who have completed intensive treatment in the Bridge Residential or Day Programs.

If you’re experiencing significant and complex issues associated with substance use, or are already using services within the AOD treatment system, you and your family may benefit from our Care and Recovery Coordination (CRC) service.

The counselling clinic offers clients who are participating in one of our programmes, psychological assessment, support and treatment for mental health conditions.
