Non-Residential Withdrawal
To use this service, you’ll first be assessed by our specialist Home based withdrawal Nurse.
If you are assessed as low risk, and have a supportive and safe home environment where substance use is not present, you may be able to access non-residential withdrawal.
If you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms, we can help you to get medical support and treatment.
The non-residential withdrawal service provides you with a withdrawal management plan, developed specifically for you by the nurse and a GP.
Your individual plan will include support and education on withdrawal and relapse prevention, regular reviews by a nurse during your withdrawal phase, and a referral to any post-withdrawal services that may be helpful to you.
